Program Overview
The Pathways Skilled Trades Training Program is a 32-week workforce development initiative designed to prepare participants for entry into the skilled trades sector. The program integrates employment readiness training, trades theory exposure, and hands-on industry co-op placements.
Participants develop the foundational knowledge, technical awareness, and workplace readiness needed to transition into apprenticeship opportunities and long-term careers in the construction and mechanical trades.
Program Goals
The program is designed to:

Phase 1: Employment Readiness and Career Development – 3 Weeks
Phase 2: Trades Exposure Theory Training – 16 Weeks
Phase 3: Technical Skills Industry Co-op Placement – 12 Weeks
Phase 4: Graduation and Career Transition – 1 Week
